Students, faculty and staff sign up with their institutional email, choose their faculty and use the tools.

Sets up and supports

Registers your institution and email domain in the system and supports you through setup and use.

The subscription process

Four steps from request to campus-wide use.

  1. Send a request

    Fill in the institutional request form or contact your library; our team will get in touch with your institution.

  2. The subscription is set up

    Once your library approves, your institution and email domain are registered in Mesvera.

  3. Sign up with institutional email

    Users sign up with their institutional addresses; usage rights are assigned automatically.

  4. The library monitors

    Users, credit usage and faculty-level reports are tracked from the Librarian Panel.
